Unlock all levels:
Press the following button combinations on your Xbox controller while you
are at the level selection screen: Left Trigger, Up, Down, Right Trigger, X
Now you have access to all levels.

Extra stage for current level:
Press the following button combinations on your Xbox controller while you
are at the level selection screen: Right Trigger, X, Y, Down, Right Trigger
