Aggressive traffic:
Enter FROGGIE as a password. This doubles the speed of traffic and removes the veer functionality so that it is more aggressive.
Cow missiles:
Enter CHZGUN as a password to replace all missiles in the Outskirts with cows.
Unlock Savage Banner:
You must beat the game once. At that point you can purchase him from the move shop for 1 million smash points.
Suicide:
Grab a civilian and go to the top of a tall building. Press Triangle and wait a moment. They will try to run away, but fall off the building.
Indestructible cows:
